Commission studies recapitalisation of Bull

Brussels, 24/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - As we have already pointed out, the European Commission confirmed on Thursday that it is currently in discussion with the French government on the subject of recapitalisation of the French group, Bull. The French agency, AFP, which cites a source familiar with the dossier, had announced the day before that discussions had taken place between the parties in order to reach a compromise allowing Bull to reimburse France.
