Co-operation programme in information technology

Brussels, 23/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission and the Chinese government have just launched a co-operation programme in the field of information technology, based around the development of the "digital Olympic Games". This programme, which comes under the existing scientific and technological co-operation, is governed by a joint working group, made up of the European Commission, MOST, the municipality of Beijing, and the Organising Committee of the 2008 Olympic Games...
