Strasbourg, 23/10/2003 (Agence Europe) - By adopting a resolution in Strasbourg on Thursday (presented by the EPP-ED, PES and ELDR groups) on the results of the European Council of 16-17 October, the European Parliament has expressed its hope that Heads of State and Governments will take concrete and effective measures in December to relaunch the European economy.
