Fines on TACA maritime companies cancelled; confirmation of Michelin and Sogecable decisions

Luxembourg, 30/09/2003 (Agence Europe) - The EU Court of First Instance has cancelled the fines of EUR 272, 980,000 that the European Commission had imposed on the maritime companies belonging to the Trans-Atlantic Conference Agreement (TACA) for collective abuse of dominant position.
