Tarak Ben Ammar and the French television channel TF1 have joined together to buy out the two Italian Hertzian channels EUROPA TV and PRIMA TV, which up to now have been owned by business tycoon Rupert Murdoch. According to the agreement, TF1 will take over 49% of EUROPA TV, whereas Tarak Ben Ammar will hold 51% of the channel's capital. PRIMA TV will be 100% owned by the company HOLLAND COORDINATOR AND SERVICES, belonging to Mr Ammar. The overall cost for the two channels will be EUR 110...
