Brussels, 22/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for External Relations, Chris Patten, will be taking part in the meeting of ASEM Foreign Ministers in Bali (Indonesia) on 23-24 July. At the meeting he will present the recent European Commission communication called, "A New Partnership with South East Asia", which calls for a revitalisation of the Asian-European Summit (ASEM).
