22/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The former Secretary of State Pierre Chevalier (Flemish Liberal) is to represent the Belgian Foreign Minister, Louis Michel, and Prime Minister Guy Verhofstadt at the Intergovernmental Conference to open in Rome on 4 October.
