Pascal Lamy to meet Asian trade ministers

Brussels, 22/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - European Commissioner for Trade, Pascal Lamy, will be taking part in the fifth Asia-Europe summit of Ministers for the Economy (ASEM EMM5) on 23-24 July in Dalian (China). This meeting brings together representatives from EU Member States and ten Asian countries. during this Ministerial meeting, the two sides will examine ongoing WTO negotiations in the framework of the Doha Development Agenda.
