Montecatini, 22/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Meeting for the first time at a joint Council in Montecatini (in Tuscany), in Italy, which is currently suffering from drought and power cuts, the EU25's environment and energy ministers spent three intense days (18-20 July) showing their common will to cooperate to better incorporate the EU's environment and energy policies through innovative market based solutions.
