14/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, Javier Solana, EU High Representative for CFSP, welcomed the creation of an interim government Council in Iraq, on Sunday. Mr Solana said he was all in favour of the creation of the governing council in Iraq, which held its first meeting yesterday, as this is the first major step toward an Iraqi administration that is both representative and authentic.
