Committee of the Regions calls for greater cooperation between European and local authorities

Brussels, 14/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Committee of the Regions hopes to make regional authorities more actively involved in European policy and above all in the definition of cohesion policy. This is the subject of the opinion by the rapporteur, Michel Delebarre, Deputy Mayor of Dunkirk, on the Commission's White Paper on European Governance.
