In Spain, ACCIONA (ENTRECANALES group) has become the third shareholder of FCC - FOMENTO DE CONSTRUCCIONES Y CONTRATAS with the acquisition of the whole participation (8.7%) from the Belgian group CNP - COMPAGNIE NATIONALE A PORTEFEUILLE. ACCIONA has acquired securities at the price of 25.25 euros, or EUR 286.24 million for the whole of the stake.
