Brussels, 10/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - Following a "rather long meeting", to use the words of President Valéry Giscard d'Estaing, who was a bit quick to announce the evening before that it would be a brief meeting, the Presidium of the European Convention put the finishing touches on Wednesday night Thursday morning to the draft of the Constitutional treaty which is not going to be sent to the Intergovernmental Conference.
