Two new Director Generals are appointed and one new Deputy Director General

Brussels, 10/07/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, the European Commission adopted three major decisions with regards appointments: - as announced, Eneko Landaburu is to become Director General of the DG for External Relations; - Fabrizio Barbaso will be the new acting Director General for Enlargement; - and Hervé Jouanjean will hold the post of Deputy Director General of the DG External Relations responsible for relations with Latin America and Asia (excluding Japan and Korea).
