Brussels, 02/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - The EU and Russia decided at the weekend to create a "Permanent Partnership Council", meeting as often as possible at the appropriate level, to tackle all possible co-operation issues with a view to further supporting plans for a genuine "partnership" between the European Union and Russia.
