02/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - Romania and Bulgaria continued their accession negotiations on Monday at the latest round of individual meetings at deputy level. On this occasion, Romania was able to close two further chapter (free circulation of goods, taxation); it has now concluded talks on 19 out of the 31 chapters of the Community acquis.
