02/06/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday in Strasbourg, where he is attending the European Parliament session, Romano Prodi, President of the European Commission, is to meet Paavo Lipponen, President of the Finnish Parliament (and former Finnish Prime Minister), and Italian Minister for European Affairs Rocco Buttiglione.
