Javier Solana congratulates Nestor Kirchner, Argentina's new President

Brussels, 27/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The High Representative for CFSP, Javier Solana, welcomed the election of the new Argentinian President, Nestor Kirchner, in a press release. "With his investiture, a crucial stage of the history of the Republic of Argentina is opening up, which I hope will lead it to overcome its crisis for good, and the re-take the fundamental place occupied by this country in Latin America and in the world", he declared.
