Hersonisos/Crete, 27/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Euro-Mediterranean Ministerial mid-term conference, on 26 and 27 of this month in Crete, ended with the acknowledgement of the broad convergence of views on the foundations of the Barcelona process, to which President Prodi is proposing to add a "neighbourhood" policy between the enlarged EU and its partners.
