Highly critical recommendation by Liberties Committee on draft EU-US extradition and legal co-operation agreements

Brussels, 26/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Committee on Civil Liberties this week approved highly critical draft recommendations on the draft agreements between the EU and the United States in the field of legal co-operation and extradition. This text- which calls for significant changes- was approved by 25 votes to 5.
