The Commission approves the creation of a joint venture between Koramic Buiding Products and Wienerberger

Brussels, 26/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has just authorised, in the context of "merger" settlements, the creation of a joint venture between the Belgian company Koramic Building Products and the Austrian brick manufacturer Wienerberger, which is controlled jointly by Koramic itself and Bank Austria AG.
