Commission opens an in-depth investigation into the competitive impact of the SEB/Moulinex merger in five Member States

Brussels, 26/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - the European Commission has decided to launch an in-depth investigation into the competitive impact of the merger between the two French manufacturers of electrical household appliances, SEB and Moulinex, in Italy, Spain, Finland, Ireland and the United Kingdom.
