Brussels, 06/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Tuesday, the Commission adopted a proposal of regulation aimed at setting up a long-term recovery plan (lasting five to ten years) for cod stocks threatened with collapse (see details in EUROPE of 6 May, p.15).
