06/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday the Greek Presidency will be unveiling to the EU Member States' Permanent Representatives Committee (COREPER) a draft compromise on reforming the terms and conditions for public servants of the EU based on the conclusion of the 19 March 2003 General Affairs Council (see Europe of 21 March). Giving the very tense situation regarding employers and staff in the European Institutions, the Presidency is not expected to accept the very strict budget...
