Brussels, 06/05/2003 (Agence Europe) - At the Youth Council, which took place on 5 May under the chairmanship of Eleni Kourkoula, Commissioner Viviane Reding presented her proposals on common objectives to improve involvement and information for young people in Europe. The Ministers then held an exchange of views on implementing the open method of co-ordination in youth policy, and a discussion on the choices to be made for post 2006, when the current "Youth" programme will come to an end....
