14/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Greek Presidency of the European Union Council and the United States adopted, on 14 April, a joint declaration whereby they insist that the practice of enrolling refugees and other civilians by force to take part in "civil conflicts in Liberia and Côte d'Ivoire" must stop. EUROPE will come back to this joint initiative of the European Union and Washington tomorrow
