14/04/2003 (Agence Europe) - In Luxembourg on 14 April, the General Affairs Council adopted a decision authorising its Secretariat General to file "complaints against X" with the general prosecutor of the Brussels Court of Appeal, in the affair concerning the tapping of Council phone-lines (see EUROPE of 10 April, p.11).
