Fifteen confirm their determination to complete negotiations on reform of EU officials' staff regulations in June

Brussels, 20/03/2003 (Agence Europe) - The Council welcomes the progress made in negotiations on amending the staff regulations of EU officials and forcefully reaffirms the wish to complete these negotiations by June 2003. It confirmed the guidelines adopted on Wednesday by the General Affairs Council. In order to resolve the main outstanding issues, the Council suggests the following points should be focused on:
