Viviane Reding calls for Title on "Education, Training, Youth, Culture and Sport" in future Treaty - Articles proposed

Brussels, 13/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - After the European Commission debate on 30 January on the state of progress of work at the European Convention, the Commissioner responsible for education, culture and sport, Viviane Reding, sent a letter to the College as well as a proposal of articles for the future Treaty. Ms Reding writes that the contribution aims to provide elements that may be used by representatives during negotiations when drafting articles relating to the content of Union...
