13/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday, Eurostat announced it had reviewed downward - from 3.7% to 3.6% - its estimate for the cost of labour in the euro zone during the third quarter 2002. The review, the third for such data, takes new figures from Belgium into account. The figure during the second quarter 2002 was also reviewed downward: rise in the cost of labour was 3.5% instead of 3.6% as announced.
