13/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - The visit to Beijing of the European Troika which, headed by Council President Georges Papandreou, was to have had talks with Foreign Minister Tang Jiaxuan on 14 February, has been cancelled. Both Georges Papandreou and his Chinese counterpart will in fact by in New York on Friday for the session of the Security Council on the Iraqi crisis..
