Javier Solana concerned at situation in Presevo Valey

Brussels, 13/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - Javier Solana, EU High representative for CFSP, expressed his concern at incidents recently provoked by gangsters in the Presevo Valley, in the five kilometre buffer zone situated along the south eastern border between Serbia and Kosovo.
