On Wednesday, Presidium to complete drafting of first draft articles

Brussels, 03/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - Wednesday evening the presidium of the European Convention is to complete the drafting of the first draft articles of the treaty, that President Giscard d'Estaing will present at the opening of the plenary Friday morning before talks on the regional dimension of European construction (see p.6). the members should debate these texts at the plenary of 27 and 28 February (see EUROPE of 31 January, p.6), says the Convention's spokesman Nikolaus...
