Brussels, 03/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - On 29 January, the European Commission adopted a proposal to extend for ten years the authorisation to use avilamycin as a growth promoter in feed for turkeys. The antibiotic is made by Eli Lilly and Company Ltd.
