Brussels, 03/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - At an extraordinary meeting in Charleroi, the European Bureau of Lesser Used Languages (EBLUL) adopted a resolution in which it especially calls on the European Union to create an agency responsible for promoting linguistic diversity and language learning. According to the board of EBLUL, the European Monitoring Centre for Racism and Xenophobia located in Vienna could serve as model for such an agency.
