03/02/2003 (Agence Europe) - Last week, the President of the European Parliament, Pat Cox and members of the Partido Popular, Inigo Mendez de Vigo and Gerardo Galeote, presented "Pasion de Europa", a two-volume anthology of the main speeches made by Jose Maria Gil-Robles, also member of the Partido popular, when, from 1997 to 1999, he was President of the European Parliament.
