20/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Cockpit Association (EPA) has announced a day of action on 21 January to protest against the EU draft regulation aimed at harmonising technical rules and administrative procedures in the field of civil aviation, and which could include a provision setting minimum flight and service times for pilots (see EUROPE of 19 July, p.13) (Information: www.eca-cockpit.com).
