20/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commission has cleared the following operations through expedited procedure: - the joint control of the Dutch construction and engineering company, Tebodin Lockwood Greene BV by Tebodin BV (Netherlands) and Lockwood Greene International Inc (USA); - and the acquisition of Global Crossing, a telecommunications company based in Bermuda, by Hutchinson Telecommunications Limited (Hong Kong) and Singapore Technologies Telemedia Pte Ltd.
