20/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - Using the streamlined procedure the European Commission has authorised the following deals: Denmark's DMdata A/S and Sweden's WM-data's joint acquisition of WM-data Infra Solutions AB (Denmark); and the joint acquisition of Italy's spectacle manufacturer Safilo Holdings S.p.A by DLJ Merchant Banking III (part of the Crédit Suisse group) and businessman Vittorio Tabacchi.
