20/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - On Monday, the European Commission presented a proposal of regulation aimed at improving existing procedures concerning the granting of Community trademarks by the Office of Harmonisation in the Internal Market (OHIM). Amendments mainly cover the "research system" for Community brands, the system of professional representation and appeal courts. EUROPE will come back with details.
