Brussels, 14/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - Paul Cerf, who worked from 1970 to 1990 at the Directorate General for Information at the European Commission has died at the age of 73. Among other things, he was spokesperson for Commission President Gaston Thorn, from Luxembourg like himself.
