13/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The European Commissioner for external relations, Chris Patten will discuss the situation in Iraq with the head of the EU mission of inspectors, Hans, Blix, on 16 January. The same day, Blix is to meet the High Representative for CFSP Javier Solana and the Political and Security Committee (see EUROPE OF 11 January, p.4).
