Skopje, 13/01/2003 (Agence Europe) - The President of the EU Council, Georges Papandreou, began a three day visit to the Western Balkans on 13 January, a region for which the Greek Presidency has made a major priority. The Foreign Minister began his rounds in Skopje in the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia.
