Brussels, 05/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - During the presentation of the Court of Auditors' annual report last Wednesday, most MEPs again criticised the holes existing in the European Commission accounting system and expressed a wish that the subject be at the heart of the discharge procedures for the 2001 budget.
