05/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commission has given its green light to the acquisition by French company Keolis SA of a controlling stake in the Swedish company Busslink, hitherto controlled by Storstockholms Lokaltrafik. Busslink operates bus services for various public transport authorities in Sweden. A subsidiary of the French "Société des Chemins de Fer" (SNCF), Keolis mainly provides public passenger services by bus, coach and rail and is present in France, Germany, the United...
