Formal adoption of agreement on constitutional Charter

Brussels, 02/12/2002 (Agence Europe) - The president of the Yugoslav Federal Parliament, Dragomir Micunovic, convened the constitutional committee on Tuesday (that he chairs) in order to formally adopt last week's agreements on the constitutional Charter leading to the creation of the future State of Serbia and Montenegro (see EUROPE of 15 March).
