06/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - Russian Vice Prime Minister Victor Khristenko François Lamoureux European Commission Director-General for Energy and Transport François Lamoureux, the sole interlocutors for the EU-Russia Energy Dialogue, opened the EU-Russia Technology Centre in Moscow on Tuesday, 5 November 2002. The creation of the Centre constitutes the concrete progress made in the dialogue between the EU and Russia. The Centre will host all future EU/Russia energy co-operation projects...
