Brussels, 06/11/2002 (Agence Europe) - On Wednesday in Brussels, the Commissioner in charge of Energy, Loyola de Palacio, presented her "packet" of proposals on nuclear safety within the EU which was adopted in the morning by the European Commission during its weekly meeting.
