Brussels, 14/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - The Commissioner for external relations, Chris Patten was in Egypt on 13 and 14 October to meet President Mubarak, Prime Minister Ebeid, Foreign Minister Maher, members of parliament and the Secretary of the Arab League, Moussa.
