14/10/2002 (Agence Europe) - In a statement to the press, MEP, John Cushman, Head of European observers at the elections on 10 October in Pakistan denounced the "serious irregularities in the electoral process", particularly the misuse of public funds, which would have helped the party closest to President Musharraf.
